The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) and CHRM Alumni Association (CHRMAA) have partnered to host the end of year Talent Summit, whose theme is "Today’s Talent – Tomorrow’s Leaders!!!"

The summit has been prepared with the Emerging HR Practitioners in mind, with a view to explore how best to prepare and equip them with critical HR and Business Leadership Skills. Discussions are meant to prepare them for more responsibilities in senior positions. Business Leaders will also learn how to actively implement strategies that will ensure that the next group of Team Leaders are well prepared, not only in competence and skills, but holistically as well, both for internal and global markets. 

Summit Objectives:

  • To determine and appreciate the role played by Junior HR Professionals in organisations;
  • To discuss and examine what challenges they face as they develop and grow their HR profession;
  • To explore the critical skills needed both in HR and Business Leadership to prepare for succession;
    To appreciate and understand global trends in use to prepare the young HR practitioners for senior roles;
  • To explore what measures and mechanisms organisations can put in place to prepare the Youthful HR for senior positions; 
  • To learn strategies for winning the talent war.

Cancellation Policy

For  cancellations, a 50% fee will apply if it's done after 31st of October 2017 but before                   15th November, 2017. 
100% fee will be charged to no shows without cancellations or cancellations made after                   15th November, 2017.
